About Us
The Idaho Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) is comprised of 15 health centers with over 150 sites. HCCNs are groups of health centers collaborating to improve operational and clinical practices through the adoption of technology, thus providing their patients with the highest quality, effective and efficient heath care and enabling health centers to improve the overall health of their communities.
The Idaho HCCN, funded by HRSA, supports digital health transformation by working to meet the following goals:
- Improved patient-centered care
- Improved clinical quality
- Enhanced health center staff support
